Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 786vin ("786vin", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 786vin platform at https://786vin.cam and all associated services, features and content provided therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in any promotion or otherwise using any part of 786vin's services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of 786vin.

786vin is an online betting and live casino information and services platform serving Pakistani users in the English language. We operate under the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the operator and do not claim to hold a Pakistan-specific gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any provincial authority. Account Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information and keep that information current at all times.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria above. 786vin reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Registration & Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 786vin. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 786vin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and payment details — must be accurate and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms. 786vin reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where false information is discovered.

4.4 Account Responsibility

All bets, transactions and activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility. 786vin is not responsible for any losses arising from your account being accessed by a third party with or without your knowledge, where such access results from your own negligence or breach of these Terms.

KYC & Identity Verification

786vin is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with the operator's licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or national identity document)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or bank account in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML policy

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the operator may result in temporary account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal access. 786vin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete and satisfactory.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your 786vin account must be made using payment methods approved and available through the platform's current cashier. The availability of specific payment methods — including mobile wallets familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant transfer services such as Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to the operator's current policy and may change without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• 786vin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made by credit card may be treated as cash advances by your card issuer — this is outside 786vin's control.
• 786vin reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, including where fraud or AML concerns are identified.
• Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor and may differ from mid-market rates.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Processing times vary by method, operator and account status. Estimated processing windows are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
• 786vin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above threshold amounts.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if suspicious activity, potential fraud or AML concerns are identified.

Bonuses & Promotions

786vin offers various bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. All PKR figures used in bonus examples on this platform are illustrative and do not constitute live offers.

8.2 Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit per stake applies. This amount is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit during a bonus period constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.

8.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino table games typically contribute a lower percentage (often 10%–20%). Sports bets at odds below a specified minimum may be excluded. The contribution table for each promotion is published in that promotion's specific terms.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.

8.5 One Bonus Per Promotion

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus per promotion may be claimed per user, household, IP address or payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times is considered bonus abuse.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

786vin reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and close accounts where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting or collusion with other users.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on 786vin are subject to the specific rules governing each product, event or game. General rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 786vin does not allow bets to be cancelled, amended or reversed after acceptance, except as required by applicable rules (e.g., event cancellation).
• In the event of a technical error affecting a bet or game outcome, 786vin reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake.
• Cricket, PSL, ICC and other sports markets are subject to the specific event and market rules published in the sportsbook section.
• Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time due to event developments, data feed issues or operator discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns for any individual session.
• 786vin reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical or human error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 786vin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or influence game outcomes
• Colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers or manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or using 786vin for any transaction linked to proceeds of crime
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security or data systems
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening conduct toward 786vin staff or other users
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Depositing funds without genuine intent to gamble (i.e., for money-transfer purposes only)

Responsible Gambling

786vin is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertaining activity, not a financial strategy or a means of recovering losses. The following responsible gambling tools are available through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your funding.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic reminders or session caps to manage time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications displaying the duration of your current session and net wins/losses.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent account exclusion at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Periods: A short-term break from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 786vin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, code and editorial content — is the intellectual property of 786vin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from or in any way exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 786vin. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786vin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from gambling outcomes
• Loss of data, account access or betting history
• Technical failures, server outages or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Errors in odds, game results or promotional materials subsequently corrected
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local law

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of 786vin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail how 786vin collects, processes, stores and protects your personal data, including your rights as a data subject.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is collected only to the extent necessary for the operation of your account, compliance with legal obligations and improvement of our services.

Amendments to These Terms

786vin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification, a prominent notice on the Platform, or both. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users who do not agree to amended Terms must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Suspension & Termination

786vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 786vin
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account restriction
• Requests from law enforcement or competent regulatory authorities

Upon account termination for breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by 786vin for operational reasons unrelated to user breach, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User through the original payment method where possible.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their formation, validity, performance or breach — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in the User's own jurisdiction.
